The worst bk I visited. we gave the order at 2.30 a.m., but had to wait until 3 a.m. to know that the personal has forgotten our order. they gave a burger order for 6 people who ordered the food right after us, and they did not even notice us sitting before them. such a stupid and careless staff. customer service in the zero-th level. they didn't even care for the customers. had such a bad experience today.

Service was good, but they made a burger fresh and the other (my cheeseburger) literally tasted like he had been sitting there for about 7 hours; I took a bite, almost threw up and threw him out. it was honest with one of the worst things I ever cost.

Ordered the most expensive burger the Texas something Beef burger about 980 LKR and the least expensive 200 LKR cheese chilli burger They made the cheese chilli burger Fresh and gave me a stale Texas burger. Was a total ripoff Passing stale old made burgers to customers Very very bad experience. Worst Burger king experience at Colombo !!

The burgers are regular burger king kind, but taste slightly better for some reason. But the staff is unusually kind and tends to even the minutest of your requests. The best burger king outlet in Colombo.

Very cosy atmosphere. Love the old architecture refurbished in white. Well at the moment every burger king in the city taste the same. So nothing special to comment on the food. But, loved my beef whopper with all that extra cheese! I always opt for the cold coffee than any other beverage. The standard of the cold coffee is well maintained as well, unlike some other fast food chains.
