I spoke to a gentleman on the phone who was particularly rude and disrespectful. I asked if it was possible to pay by credit card, I was told no (although in reality it would be mandatory by law) and when I replied that I could not order, as I did not have cash available, I was closed the phone to your face. I believe that education and courtesy towards the customer come first, which is why I strongly advise against... View all feedback.
