We booked this restaurant while in Koln for our anniversary. The booking, made from Manchester was easily done and when we got there we we treated beautifully. Great starter and desert. My pizza was a little tough but tasty. View all feedback.

had a pleasant meal in the san remo . many objects that decorate the walls and cover to keep them in use while waiting for their dinner. service was prompt, no English version of the menu, but not hard to work. eating was not brilliant, but not bad. bill was a good value. nice to have Italian food not from a big chain. Different is a good word to describe my experience here. From the decor of the restaurant to my choice of food, I think the word different is perfect. So..
For a Pizzeria, their pizza dough wasn't very good. Toppings were ok, nothing special
The venue is located near the Hansa Ring, still a central location. The restaurant is distributed on two level in an open setup, typical for the modern restaurant architecture of the The menu lists standard Italian food. We had the Antipasto Italiano, a platter...with different ham and sausages which was yummy. I had the specialty of the house “Gambas alla Michelangelo”, which was not the treat that I expected, it was prawns with tomato sauce actually, with a little bland taste. The wine was OK, ther service too
Excellent value for money for really delicious food. Unhurried atmosphere, while not being made to sit wait. Popular, with very friendly locals. Highly recommended
