The ambiance is very nice, always atmospherically decorated seasonally. The service yesterday, a Sunday, was catastrophic. And it wasn 't even full. After the server first approached us, we had to chase after them, trying to make eye contact or wave. We repeatedly expressed our needs, and at no point was anything offered proactively: We 'd like some cake and are just looking at it – even 30 minutes later, we weren 't asked if we wanted to order cake. We 'd like something to eat, could we please have the menu? – to order, we waved 20 minutes later when no one had come. No one ever asked if we needed anything else. It was truly a bunch of incompetent people who shouldn 't be left unattended, but rather should be actively engaging with customers. The bill was disproportionately high for what we received. The price-performance ratio is no longer fair.

The service was attentive, friendly, and professional without being intrusive. The dishes are creative, fresh, and prepared with great care. I especially appreciate their focus on regional and sustainable ingredients. The dishes not only taste fantastic but also seem very thoughtfully prepared. My highlights were the aromatic bowls and the vegetarian options, which were exceptionally delicious. The restaurant's commitment to operating in an environmentally conscious and sustainable way makes the experience even more appealing. For me, everything here is just right: quality, taste, ambiance, and service. Definitely a place I would happily recommend and will visit again!
