The food was beautifully presented, and... read more Friendly welcome, good advice regarding food and portion sizes. I enjoyed a very good bottle of Merlot from South Tyrol. The food was beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was a charming blend of old and new. I prefer FF to the sterile Maibeck next door. The cuisine is similarly good. I appreciate the organic concept and the wonderful, homemade bread. The dishes are too small and take some getting used to. Prices are appropriate for the quality and location. The friendly waiter from Colombia deserves a mention. I returned a year later; the portions were very large, and there were no tapas. The selection was somewhat limited, but tapas are supposed to be returning, which I think is better because it allows for more flexibility in portion sizes. Overall, they have maintained their high standards. There was construction work going on in the back room, so we sat at the front, and the waitress was always very attentive – all good.

The food was beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was a pleasant mix of old and new. I like the FF better than the sterile Maibeck next door. The food is just as good. I like the organic concept and the great homemade bread. The dishes are too small and take some getting used to. Prices are appropriate for the quality and location.
