La Colmena - Colmenar del Arroyo

La comida, la atención y la atmósfera fueron adecuadas, pero tardamos 1 hora y 20 minutos desde que tomaron la orden, lo cual puede haber sido debido a la falta de personal, no lo sé. Sin embargo, esto nos dio tiempo para terminar la botella de vino. También debo decir a favor que nos ofrecieron aperitivos en dos ocasiones y se disculparon por el retraso. En cuanto a los platos de pescado, todo estuvo bien, y para ser justos, estaba francamente delicioso. De todas formas, creo que no deberían haber aceptado tantas reservas si realmente se veían desbordados. En resumen, es un buen lugar para comer y un pueblo muy agradable para visitar, pero no sé si por la falta de personal, sería mejor no ir en vacaciones.
