Cynthia created a delicious cheese board for my family to enjoy while on holiday in Colmar. Her attention to detail was next level, ensuring a taste of many different produces. Highly recommend!

We couldn’t resist walking past this beautiful shop and weren’t disappointed. The staff were incredibly helpful and more than happy to indulge all our questions. The produce is fresh, as local as possible, and delicious. We came back the next day for more and enjoyed everything we came home with.
Wonderful shop in beautiful Colmar, full of beautiful meats, cheeses and accompliments! Cynthia, the shop owner, provided us her expertise helping is choose several meats and cheeses for our afternoon meal. Amazing service, while we learned about out selections, as well. as having several tastings as we visiting. An extremely wonder meal.... dont miss out during your visit to Colmar. Thank you Cynthia!
A family-run grocery store in Colmar. The owner's kind and lovely daughter was always happy to answer any questions I had, answering them in English. I asked about easy-to-make jams and cheeses, and she happily recommended them. I also bought a wine from Alsace, which she recommended. I was so touched by their kindness. ㅜㅜ.. I also bought homemade butter and jam to go with my breakfast bread! And cheese! I bought some honey. A grocery store worth stopping by if you're in Colmar!

A lovely, leisurely afternoon meal. The waitstaff talked with us and gave us wonderful background on the cheeses of our charcuterie tray. When we learned we were from Wisconsin USA, (a cheese producing state), he brought several more samples of local cheeses. We thoroughly enjoyed the conversation, service, and amazing food and wine. We had the tartar and several other wonderful dishes! Make a reservation. Not to be missed.
We were wandering around the amazing streets of Colmar and I recognised the name from some research into the area, so wandered into this enticing specialist grocer. A huge array of cheeses, charcuterie and pate was on display, immediately I knew I was in trouble. I had read that there was both a restaurant (above) and wine shop (below) and was planning on making a booking during our stay in Colmar. We were wearing runners, shorts and t-shirts so they probably could have turned us away but upon enquiry, we were welcomed into the restaurant without a reservation. We started by asking for a wine recommendation, our waiter brought us a cracking local Gewürztraminer to pair with our assortment of meats and cheese. It worked perfectly. Next I asked for a local Riesling recommendation and we shared a pasta dish that was on special. A local pasta filled with meat, rolled and served in an intense tomato sauce. All the food was exceptional but the waiter created an experience. Along with the bang on recommendations, he gave us a taste of a sample bottle that had been brought into the restaurant that day by a local wine grower and spoke passionately about the regions wines. After finishing with an espresso (also very good), we asked the waiter for a wine recommendation from the shop below to which he passionately obliged. Sensational.
We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. My husband had a scrumptious ravioli al plin (dough for gnocchi shaped pasta made with egg yolk) in a creamy sauce with shaved truffles. My beef tartare had capers cornichons folded into the meat — which surprisingly had a light dear outside. Very delicious. Wine was very good. After waiter realized we were wine lovers, he brought us a taste from a nice bottle by a producer we hadn’t previously heard of. A very lovely meal. Highly recommend.
My husband and I stopped in for lunch on our first real day in Colmar. I am so glad I found this place. All I can say is WOW!!! The man that greeted us as we cane in the door was so very helpful and such a nice man. We were able to get a table upstairs and we enjoyed the assorted meat plate and the assorted cheese plate. There was so much meat I was in heaven. We enjoyed the Pinot Noir for a regional wine and enjoyed his description of the cheeses and meats. The bread was also amazing. I wish we would have gone back the next day but we got sidetracked and by the time I remembered they were closing. I highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed. This was the best part of our trip to Colmar. Food and service were amazing. I just wish I remembered the mans name that helped us.
My husband and I stopped by and were lucky enough to get a table for lunch without a reservation due to a cancelation. We had an absolutely wonderful meal. We ordered charcuterie, escargot, and a wonderful pork dish. We had interesting local wines that were lovely, as well. Our favorite meal of our trip! Wonderful service also. Highly recommend.

Our Lyons crossing Colmar, we were thrilled by the charcuterie raclette. Everything was excellent and very well prepared. Bravo we recommend!
Nice discovery! Just perfect. A beautiful selection of organic wines and good dishes upstairs. With a very nice service (chef and server) . Very good quality ratio given the wines offered.
