Nooi - Colmar

It's the first time I went there. pasta is excellent. the size of the container (small, medium or large) can be chosen. there is a sort of pasta of the day and others are offered for a supplement then there is the choice of the sauce and cheese that accompanies them (gruyère, mozzarella or parmesan). Since this is not very large (there are 8 seats) but a majority of clients are made up of colleges and high school students, so not necessarily having lunch on the spot. as to the reception it is toppissime

Very nice pattern the legs are good but lack of sauce and especially roquefort. I felt like eating creamy legs. otherwise the rest was good, I'll try another sauce to confirm.

I really don't know how this place has such high reviews. The pasta is not fresh, the sauces are pretty bland, and the all of it is just heated in the microwave and served in a cardboard takeout box. Even though it's not that expensive, it's still pretty overpriced for the reality of what you get. (Note that the photos on google are misleading. There are no plates, steaks, or other foods just pasta in boxes.

Good value pasta with many choices for the pasta, sauce and toppings. I’d recommend it for a quick meal.
