On first appearances this place looked charming. We all sat down al fresco on a lovely sunny French summer day. All orders taken entrees served. I ordered escargot in France, so should try one of it 's national delicacies. After paying €9.20 for 6 (six) tiny snail shells, to find one DIDN 'T EVEN contain a snail, just the butter garlic I beckoned the wait person advised her there is nothing in this shell To which she replied in English that 's just too bad, sometimes there is, sometimes there isn 't .... and walked away. I would assume if they want repeat business, that they address their customer services methods with sincerity. Another restaurant would have offered to (at least) give you another shell which contained an escargot !!!! This is the ONLY RESTAURANT during my whole vacation in France, that was rude. Also, whilst sitting outside was beautiful in the sunshine, the noise from E25 Freeway, not more than 200 metres away made conversation fun to say the least.
It would have been better if the service of certain people had been more enthusiastic about the task. We really felt like we were in the way. For the chef, he must not know what rare means, or information and bad information! On the other hand, very pleasant setting on the terrace.
We had a very nice evening The meal was very good The team at the top I recommend this restaurant
Friendly place, friendly staff. However, be careful with the bill which may turn out to be a little steep.
