The staff members at this place are incredibly rude! I'm happy there are countless other Dunkin' Donuts locations because I would never spend my money here.
I've been visiting this Dunkin' Donuts every morning for years, and I'm really disappointed. For starters, they never update their prices on the menu board. The customer service is terrible, and the food quality is consistently low. Most of the time, my app won't scan when I try to pay, and they claim it's because my screen brightness isn't high enough. Even when they adjust it, I still have trouble getting it to work. They usually just tell me to pay the next day, which I don't mind doing. But this morning was different. I had already paid for my coffee on Wednesday, but the worker insisted that I hadn't and tried to charge me again! I drove off without my drink and decided to leave their tasteless, watered-down coffee behind for good. I won’t be coming back again! Avoid this place!

Slow service and my coffee sat on the shelf as no one gave it to me through the drive thru. When I asked for my coffee he told me to wait in a condescending manner Service: 2
Terrible!! This is my first tint going to this Dunkin! I pull to the drive thru.. the person taking my order sounds like he’s whispering. I place an order for a LARGE mango pineapple refresher and a bagel extra cream cheese with jelly on the side and snacking bacon. Also a chocolate glazed donut.. very clear instructions. He repeats back my order and says chocolate frosted donut.. I correct him. Tells me to pull around.. no total provided. I get to the window.. the person doesn’t say ANYTHING.. no good morning, your total is, double repeat the order to make sure it’s being handed to the right person. NOTHING. She passed me a Med refresher when I stated twice that u wanted a Large. Everyone coming to the window to show me my receipt when that doesn’t matter.. I asked for a large. The. He charges me for an extra dollar for their screw up. I check my bag, looked at my bagel I asked for extra cream cheese but what I got looked to be a normal serving so I asked for a separate one to add to it.. that was an issue. The guy kept repeating that he put extra but if that’s extra I would hate to see what is normal. Customer service horrible.. won’t be going back and they didn’t give me a receipt.
