The staff is very friendly. Recently, a small incident had to pick up a mobile order. Said at the door that she was open for drive-thru and execution. If I think that I think you can go to the restaurant, get your order, then go. They let me walk around and serve me through the Drive-Thru window. Which is understandable with everything that is going on. I wish they made it clear at their door. Since I went to work, I wanted to stop there to get a drink. Only in case they don't make it clear for anyone who can walk there, you have to go through the drive-thru to run.

I've been visiting this Dunkin' Donuts every morning for years, and I'm really disappointed. For starters, they never update their prices on the menu board. The... read more I've been visiting this Dunkin' Donuts every morning for years, and I'm really disappointed. For starters, they never update their prices on the menu board. The customer service is terrible, and the food quality is consistently low. Most of the time, my app won't scan when I try to pay, and they claim it's because my screen brightness isn't high enough. Even when they adjust it, I still have trouble getting it to work. They usually just tell me to pay the next day, which I don't mind doing. But this morning was different. I had already paid for my coffee on Wednesday, but the worker insisted that I hadn't and tried to charge me again! I drove off without my drink and decided to leave their tasteless, watered-down coffee behind for good. I won’t be coming back again! Avoid this place!
