Good food. Not greasy at all. Generous serving and friendly people. ___ Plenty of Filipino desserts to crave about.
Good food and friendly staff membersAnd they serve Mitchell's ice cream! __Prices are reasonableI loved the chicken adobo.
I just ordered Shanghai pork dumps and white steamed rice with sweet-sour sauce. I saw they wore Mitchell's mango ice cream and bought 2 cups. I was at Metro and always wanted to go in and order. The restaurant is as much bigger inside appears from outside as a very small restaurant. People seemed to be the owner. I went into a business in Metro just a few shops down, called on phone and placed my order and within 5 minutes; paid and took my food. I recommend Manila Eatery.
For breakfast, they offer traditional items like longanisa, daing na bangus (fried milkfish), adobo, and more. While I haven't noticed many dessert options—likely because I usually visit for breakfast—I believe they do have halo-halo on the menu. A combo platter typically ranges from about $10 to $12, depending on whether you choose one or two items. The food is excellent and fairly priced, and the owners are very hospitable. I would give them 5 stars!
This was my go to place to order food after long day at work and also whenever I do not feel like cooking. I loved their Chicken Adobo and also their Chicken Tinola. It is a Must Try. If you get the chance to buy Turon for dessert, consider yourself luck because those sell like Hot Cakes ...
