What Nathalie Philippe doesn't like about l'escale bleue:
Had dinner here, thought the food would be good since the price was alittle on the expensive side. The waitress was very nice, but the food was so salty that it was virtually inedible. Complained about the chips as the salt was so clearly visible,...were told that you had to pu salt on chips, eventually brouht another plate with no salt which arrived when we had finished the meal, or what we could manage of it. we have been sitting here three times a week because we loved this restaurant so much! eating is delicious and the service is excellent. the 26 euro three cursor menu is excellent. fish is the specificity. we especially loved the st Pierre-Fish (the one we had to go to john dory) recommended by the cook. it was worth the supplement delicious.
