Contribute FeedbackDespite some positive experiences, such as friendly service from Lauren, this McDonald's outlet received mostly negative reviews for consistently inaccurate orders, rude staff, and poor food quality. Some customers even claimed it was the worst McDonald's in Adelaide. However, a few customers had a great experience, praising the cleanliness, friendly service, and quality of food offered. While some felt the value for money was lacking, others found the overall dining experience to be excellent. In conclusion, opinions were mixed, with some vowing never to return while others highly recommended it for a satisfying meal in a welcoming atmosphere.
My vanilla coke took 17 minutes to be made (timed by my companion) despite a total of 2 customers in the building (me and my companion). I'm not sure how they managed this feat. The food was comparable to fast food AS expected) My burger had extra pickles even though i asked for more pickles. The aforementioned issues should be addressed in staff meetings and rectified right away. once this happens i will come back thanks for taking the time to read this
We ordered food through the drive thru in the morning. Halfway through eating the fries my daughter finds a deep fried bug in her fries, absolutely disgusting. My wife informed the front counter, I sent McDonald's a email reviewing our experience with no reply/ response. Disgusting hygiene think again before ordering food from this unhygienic store......you did have a chance to contact me
Absolutely disgusted!!!! Plenty of staff , not very busy and the mcafe bar was filthy with utensils, coffe machine disgustingly dirty, chocolate powder everywhere on counter. I was looking forward to having a coffee and a meal there, but walked out when I saw the staff carry on the way they did, not even acknowledging us. We stood there for a few minutes, then we saw the disgusting mess everywhere and walked out. NEVER seen a McDonald outlet so shockingly filthy and bad service. Management should do something about it.....obviously not there or doesn't care. Very poor and I'm not one to complain
We visited McDonald's in the evening, and while there were few customers, there were plenty of staff members available. Our orders were quickly prepared. The store was moderately clean, with no noticeable litter.
Absolutely disgusted with my service in drive through. I was ingnored, talked to with disrespect because they misheard my order and had to retake it. I asked politely for my receipt and they replied in a blunt tone “ask at your next window” as they slammed the window shut. Then when they gave me my order the McFlurry had half the topping down the side of the cup and she said I’ll get you a napkin so I waited then she just stared at me so I said napkin please and she stormed off and got me some then basically tossed them at me.
