Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Ordered online while in the long and slow drive thru line (the lobby not open.) I have the order in order, but was in tune for at least fifteen minutes. the person on the loudspeaker did not say hi, even not the person in the window. my food was pushed out of the window without gruß. I was delivered without a straw. I didn't get a soak for my chicken strips and when I took one swallow of my sprite, it was carbonized water.

Not a big Popeyes Chicken fan, but recently visited St. Louis, Missouri about a week ago and Popeyes was near our hotel in Collinsville, IL which is 15 miles from St. Louis . My boyfriend and I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender with fries, and once we began eating the food; The chicken was undercooked, very rubbery and felt like we were eating gum, and seemed as if the fries were not fresh and seemed to had been sitting out for hours having a stale taste. Fresh food should be #1 top priority and if and chicken is cooked or fries dropped it needs to be checked for quality before being served to customers.We had a stomach bug for 2 days of constant constipation. ?

VERY RUDE staff! I had a large order and got home and realized I received 12 pieces of chicken instead of the 16 I paid for. My 2 sides were fries and Cole slaw. They didn't give me any Cole slaw at all and about 12 fries. Tried to call the restaurant several times to ask to speak to a manager and no one ever answers the phone. I'll never go back

Food is pretty decent. Lines are a bit slow (but I know they're understaffed). Good crew that they have. If you like Popeyes chicken, have no fear here.

Friendly, great chicken! I would have got 5 stars, but the doors were locked so that no one could walk in (I needed a toilet room). And with only the drive-thru open, the line should have gone faster.
