Jack In The Box - Collinsville

This was my first time at JitB and oh my goodness, it was excellent! I had a double cheeseburger and it tasted amazing. The location is great and based on their service and quality, I will definitely be returning.

A quick stop along the autobahn allows travelers to grab a fast meal without having to wait. The service is efficient and well-prepared, with no long lines and a clean bathroom. The food is cooked properly and always well-maintained, with no missing items. The restaurant is clean and beautifully lit, with a convenient parking lot. Overall, a great option for a quick meal on the go.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the service is extremely slow. Every time I visit, it takes forever for them to even take my order at the drive-thru. They ask me to wait for a minute, but then I am left waiting at the speaker for 5 to 10 minutes before finally being able to place my order. After that, I am stuck waiting in line for at least another 15 minutes before I can even start eating. It's just not worth the time it takes to get my food.

I don't know what's happening to this place, but it really needs an intervention. if it is not we take only exact change, then it is only or sad, we are not yet at 9 o'clock or today classic by just one combo meal per car. a day the employees even tried to close during their shift.
