Tim Hortons - Collingwood

Super friendly staff! Food was fast. Service was wonderful. Bathrooms were atrocious!! Absolutely disgusting, two days in a row.That’s the only reason this location didn’t get 5 stars.

The afternoon shift is not friendly at all. They don't say hello. Scan your card look at their screen and hand your drink and say nothing. You can say thank you and they don't even respond as they are talking to their co-workers. No talking through the whole transaction.

Thank you for all your hard work. Making me a hot coffee or food when I am working when it is cold. I appreciate you. ?

Losing faith in all Collingwood locations! Went this morning. It was not busy but they basically throw the food at you out the window!!! They care more about their 20sec drive thru times rather then quality of food. Got a farmers wrap. They are in such a rush to beat thier times they don’t even leave it on the girl long enough to warm it up let alone actually girl the wrap. This app won’t allow me to add a picture or I’d add several so they can see times are put over quietly. Horribly done

This restaurant is awful. My friend and I have visited three times this school year. Each time, we requested extra cream cheese but never got it. Instead, they spread on the cream cheese so thinly it was like butter. There was more cream cheese in the center hole of the bagel than on the actual bagel. Their customer service is also terrible. We are incredibly disappointed and believe they deserve zero stars.
