But I was very disappointed by the small and narrow beds. Didn't sleep well. In my view this is a no go for a resort of this level. I give 3 stars by respect for the excellent personnel. I was more prone to give only 1 star to warn other guests, who, like me, consider bedding as very important. A SPA where you don't sleep well... Isn't it just a contradiction? This restaurant is located inside the Resort Collina D'oro. It's surrounded by beautiful mountains and the hotel huge park. The food is not at Michelin star lev... read more This restaurant is located inside the Resort Collina D'oro. It's surrounded by beautiful mountains and the hotel huge park. The food is not at Michelin star level but quite ok. They offer revisited local cuisine, with fresh local products. We went there two times for dinner. The 3 courses dinner costs 70 francs and 4 courses costs 90, drinks not included. But we have discovered that this restaurant offers a business lunch with the same menu for around 50 francs. So it's cheaper if you go there for the business lunch. They change the menu card twice a week. We stayed at the hotel for one week, the parking was free and included in our package. I don't know if the parking is free also for the restaurant guest. You'd better check in advance.

Staff is p... read more I have been at the hotel and found it superlative. We had dinner and the food was very good. Hotel furnishing is contemporary with a very nice style. Staff is polite and prepared. You are 10 minutes away from Lugano but at the same time totally inside nature. Super!
