Pizza Hut - Colliersville

Service is slow food is ok not the best just ok crew members are rude

The staff is always so friendly and accommodating at this location!!

I placed an order on Dec 9 for delivery. I was not told it would be delivered by Doordash. I got a text when it would be delivered and then a phone call from the driver. He was horrible. screamed at me, saying he couldn't find us, that I gave the wrong address. I was staying in a hotel by the convention Center. Told him it was correct. He said he couldn't find me, and what did I want him to do with my food. I have never been talked to by anyone like that that was delivering my food. I ended up telling him where to stick it and called Pizza Hut back and canceled my order and told them I wanted my money back. They said they would but to date have not refunded my money. The driver proceeded to send me text saying he was frustrated about the directions, imo that didn't give him the right to scream at me like he did. I have no idea how to contact Doordash to report this man. I don't know his name but do have his text and phone number. I think Pizza Hut should have told me they use them, instead of telling me they delivered. What rude people and unprofessional. I'm from out of town but learned a valuable lesson. Will NEVER order from this place again. They got my money and I got such poor poor service. Delivery guy finally showed up at front desk and left the food, no way would I have ate that after the way he acted. This was a Pizza hut in Columbus Oh at 1382 N High St not CA

So convenient, pizza was saucy this time so it was extra good. Wish there was one closer to Littleton.
