We began with a simple yet extraordinary first course: pasta with cherry tomatoes and caciocavallo cheese, flavorful and balanced. The main course arrived immediately after: a 1.100-kg Portuguese Friesian steak, frozen to perfection and served with great professionalism. The meat was tender, juicy, and authentic, enhanced by an elegant presentation. The homemade French fries were a surprise: crispy, light, and of a truly high standard, the perfect accompaniment. Even the house wine, despite being reasonably priced, was excellent and paired perfectly with all the dishes.
