Immersed in the green of the high valley of the volturno, very cozy place. I stop every now and then at dinner the kitchen is very good the nice restaurant elegant and clean. I recommend to those who are passing to make a stop because it deserves. large parking for heavy vehicles. try x believe

Located along the road leading to the local ski resorts, it's a pleasant stop for both the food and the warm welcome. Try the appetizers, the excellent Scapolesi ravioli, and the homemade desserts.

We visited Ristorante Volturno, in the province of Isernia, and I must say the experience was truly memorable. We began with a simple yet extraordinary first course: pasta with cherry tomatoes and caciocavallo cheese, flavorful and balanced. The main course arrived immediately after: a 1.100-kg Portuguese Friesian steak, frozen to perfection and served with great professionalism. The meat was tender, juicy, and authentic, enhanced by an elegant presentation. The homemade French fries were a surprise: crispy, light, and of a truly high standard, the perfect accompaniment. Even the house wine, despite being reasonably priced, was excellent and paired perfectly with all the dishes. The staff stands out for their expertise, courtesy, and customer service, qualities that make the experience even more enjoyable. It's no surprise that the restaurant is always busy, as the professionalism and passion for cooking are evident here. A restaurant that combines gastronomic excellence, hospitality, and a refined atmosphere. Highly recommended.
