Welcome, and yet we arrived almost at the closing hour. No problem, we were welcomed with kindness. Burgundians are fabulous! Ingredients carefully chosen and cooked to perfection. I especially enjoyed cooking meat and crunchy bread as it came out of the oven. Miam-miam Frittes home, cooked to perfection too. Note that vegetables come from a local farm operated in permaculture.
