I'm not in the area, but as soon as I can, I'm going to buy bread from them. All very good but the preference goes precisely to the cream for its particular processing, not the usual loaf. Then they make a white focaccia that is the end of the world. If you go for the bread, don't leave without the focaccia. I recommend it.
