Champps - Collegeville

Like most places, they are short employees. Nachos was good, but had very little chickens on it. Got the nachos, but realized that we have no napkins and utensils or small plates. She asked the waitress, and she just threw her down when she passed. A while for refilling. Our main meals were good. A little expensive.

I went to Champps for dinner on Sunday February 21st, with my family. It was the first time we’ve eaten at a restaurant in months. Our experience was phenomenal!!! Spencer, whom I believe is the manager, was awesome!!! He was so courteous and kind. He made our First time out again so pleasurable. Oh and the food was awesome. He recommended we get the mile high ice cream for dessert. Let me tell you it was amazing!!!! One of the best desserts I have ever had. We will definitely be going to Champps in the future. I just hope Spencer is there the next time we visit. Thank you Spencer!!!!!

This was a first time visit for us and we were very pleased with the menu selections, the food quality, and the service. Our very friendly greeter at the door raved about the desserts but we were too full to enjoy any on this trip. Sounds like we'll need to come back! We're looking forward to another visit.

I ordered take out today for lunch today. Food was awesome!!!!! However, the best part of my experience was dealing with Jennifer. She was so nice when she took my order. When I picked up my order she greeted me and was so kind. She was definitely a “fresh of breath air” during this unprecedented time. Champps has definitely become my “go to” restaurant!!!! Thank you so much, Jennifer, for making a dreary, rainy day bright!!!!

The restaurant was spotless and full of light, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Our food arrived quickly and at just the right temperature. The mile-high cake was outstanding and could easily serve a family of six due to its generous size. It was definitely picture-worthy. Delicious!
