Panda Express - Collegedale

I always enjoy grabbing a quick bite at the Ooltewah Panda Express. However, I was disappointed with the main dish, especially after paying for it.

The food here is consistently good and ranks among the best fast food options around. However, I was somewhat disappointed with this particular location, as it was new to me. The portion sizes were smaller than what I've experienced at other locations. I visited just after the lunch rush, and the food looked somewhat old and dried out, which is not the quality I typically associate with Panda. While the food wasn't bad, it just didn't meet the standard I've come to expect from them.

I had been waiting at the pickup window for my order in Ooltewah, TN, when I was instructed to move to the front because some of my food was still being prepared. I ended up waiting for 25 minutes, so I decided to go inside the restaurant to inquire about my order. When I told the staff that I had been waiting for my lunch for 25 minutes, she simply looked at me and leaned back from the counter, seeming not to grasp that I was speaking to her. I then asked to speak with the manager, who apologized for the delay. A coworker mentioned something to the manager regarding my situation. Unfortunately, after this experience, I have decided not to return to Panda Express.

My first time with the car thru and only the second time in the restaurant. the male worker who took my order seemed to be sneaking at my asking about the menu options and a part of my order was not correct, but eating was good.

Please close this place down, eat is always old, that is when they even have it. 95% of the time they are out of everything, but orange huh. Why even open when they have no rice or noodles. please give us something good at this place.
