Mostly a hit or miss. It was a terrible failure today. He waited 20 minutes for my coffee to ask him, and they did it before me in less than two minutes. Please do better, no hate just love, but for real that was bad. View all feedback.
Someone went upstairs and took a grocery item I ordered before I came to the counter. I didn't get a refund or a replacement of the food. Nothing paid.
Usually they don't understand you at once when you say your order. It takes unnecessarily long time to wait on the queue
They didn't have strawbewwies and i didn't get a smiley face by my name. mommy is going to be so upset.
Are always closing at 11:30 when they’re supposed to close at 12. Especially during finals week?????????? Unacceptable.
It would take you less time to walk to the Zachry Starbucks and get a drink than it would to wait in line and get one here. I've been utterly spoiled by the speed of the other to the point where this one is at a snail's pace that can't be overlooked.
