Mcdonald's - College Station

The worst experience I've had here might be a misplaced item or a mix-up with my drink, but those occasions are extremely rare, and I don’t let minor mistakes bother me. After all, fast food employees are human too; mistakes can happen, and it’s not a big deal. This location tends to be quite busy since it's situated on a major road, so the drive-thru can sometimes be slow. However, from what I've seen, the staff does a great job managing the lines efficiently. If patience isn’t your strong suit, you can always go inside for quicker service. I rate this McDonald’s a perfect 10/10 because the employees are wonderful, and it is far better managed than the one I used to frequent. I always have a seamless experience here!

My meals are always fresh, and my orders have never been messed up. The service is friendly, and they manage to be quick even during the busiest times.

We ordered from Thiru Uber and they forgot half of our order. I know—I received no sauce, missing two fries, some nuggets, and the burgers were incorrectly made. The entire staff doesn't seem to care about their work; it feels like they’re just ripping people off for fun. I tried calling ten times and no one picked up. They mess everything up and don’t answer calls. It was a complete waste of money.

The ice coffee is not so good, but the deals, the frit is amazing! And the burgers are good. The McNuggets are crispy and warm, really good. Food: 5/5

The staff here after 2 PM is truly disappointing. I only come because it's convenient, but the attitudes are consistently negative. They come off as pushy and don’t seem to respond well when asked to make a change. My order is wrong every single time, and the drive-thru line is always long. Plus, trying to speak with a manager is a hassle. Honestly, they’re not worth the money.
