Ihop - College Station

Honestly, if I could give these ihop 0 stars, I would. My friend and I went in there and waited for placement for an hour. They had no list of people and we were recognized once throughout the hour and no one was straight for 45 minutes, despite people leaving after eating. There were 2 waitresses and 1 waitress sat at a back table on her phone instead of telling anyone or running food. We never sat after an hour because they said it was 30 minutes, although they were almost empty, they concentrated more on the orders of door wings than the people who had to sit. Rude staff safe and the restaurant could have been a bit cleaner.

The atmosphere is great and the servers are nice, but it took awhile just to have our drinks. I order a strawberry shake and it came out already waterdown. The server, while really nice, was not very attentive. There was also parts of our meal missing. The food was also mediocre.

What a joke from a place. They treat you like they're doing you a favor. I'm waiting to sit for a while and the waiters never looked at me. Finally, the manager told me to find a table and that some would be with me shortly. 20 minutes and I didn't even get the menu or the water. Two more groups came after me and sat and visited immediately. When I got up to leave this place, I asked the waitress respectfully why nobody went to my table. Your answer was: Well, you should have told me you were waiting. Unbelievable...

Man, this IHOP is rough. Poor waiters have no experience because no one shows up. The place was absolutely empty and dirty. The coffee was evil, burned and old. It was one when, but the worst IHOP I've ever been. The last two times I showed were so understated that there were no cooks in the kitchen and the waiting time to get orders was 45 minutes. It's just sad to have it so close to campus and it's not even worth going there.

Man, man, the breakfast was good! Kellner looked like Morgan Freeman and was very nice and attentive. Everything was excellent, but took a star away for the hashbrowns. Very clean restaurant.
