The veggie quesadillas are ridiculously good. best I’ve ever had. The margaritas. Same. They forgot the queso in my delivery but sent someone over immediately to deliver. Not only that, but upsized my queso and gave me a coupon for 10% off my next order. . As a small business owner I appreciate great customer service. They have it. My last name is Fisher. Not Rupf. Just saying. View all feedback.
What Alexandria Leuschke doesn't like about Fajita Pete's:
Fajita Pete's was closed because of COVID for awhile and me and my co-worker missed eating there. Before COVID, it was fast, hot and good ! Since re-opening we went back for lunch to dirty, unorganized, poor service and a total disappointment. We both ordered the Taco Tuesday special. Only received 1/2 the order, the tacos were wrapped in foil but cold and the flour tortilla was crunchy. The rice and beans smelled so... View all feedback.
We are new in the opposite, we have random places, mostly pizza, but we wanted something different today. saw fajita Pete’s and thought we would try. I'm so glad we made it! this was one of the best food I ever had. their fajitas for families were so good. the classic margaritas were also on the spot. I will order definitiw again. yum!
Love this place! the rinderfajitas are so tender! the personal is always friendly. this is a regular lunch place for me!
I didn't have high expectations for Fajita Pete, but decided to give it a try while I was in Bryan/College Station. I was initially skeptical because it is a counter-service fajita restaurant. However, my doubts were quickly proven wrong. The menu was somewhat limited, but we decided to go with the fajitas since it's in the name. They were delicious, as was the salsa. We sat outside and enjoyed the view of University Avenue. The prices were also very reasonable.
I placed an order online through the app at around 8:00 pm, as the restaurant closing time was listed as 9:30 pm on their website. When I arrived to pick up my order, I received a call from the cook informing me that they had decided to close early due to being slow all day. I inquired about a refund since I had already paid, but the employee who answered didn't know how to process refunds for app payments. They suggested we request a refund online, but had no idea how to assist with the process. They informed us that they couldn't fulfill our order or refund our payment, leaving us to figure it out on our own. The lack of customer service was disappointing and I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. Despite reaching out to customer service via email, I have not received a response in over four days. This experience feels like Fajita Pete's has essentially taken my money without providing the service promised. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will consider taking legal action as it appears they are unwilling to compensate me for their mistake.
We ordered our food and service was extremely slow. Prices are far too much for the unfortunate and sad quesadilla I ordered. We also watched the cashier walk behind the back to griddle on the line and touch our food without washing hands. It was a gross and massively unsettling thing to watch. One of the employees was just asleep on the table in the dining room (which is completely devoid of music, leaving it and empty space to feel uncomfortable) while we heard sickly coughing and sputtering from another hidden behind the line.
