I love freebirds and the quality of their food as a whole. solid rice, bud, vegetables and sauces. also her creamy jalapeño dressing is somehow vegan! I'm mostly just disappointed at how the vegan protein options rotate. a few years ago they had an amazing speed option. then this was replaced by other flesh crumbling and now it was replaced by a vegan chorizo. I appreciate having an option! I guess it's not sustainable that they have more than one veggie protein at a time. bring back the attempt!

I love Freebirds and the quality of their food overall. Solid rice, beans, veggies, and sauces. Even their creamy jalapeño dressing is somehow vegan?! I’m mostly just disappointed with how the vegan protein options rotate. A few years ago, they had an incredibly amazing tempeh option. Then that was replaced with Beyond Meat crumbles. And now that’s been replaced with a vegan chorizo. I do appreciate having an option! I guess it’s just not yet sustainable for them to have more than one veggie protein at a time. Bring back the tempeh next!

I visited this restaurant tonight and was disappointed to find out they were out of chips. The way the manager instructed his staff to inform customers was a bit cold in my opinion, but not necessarily rude. Despite this, I understand that things can be hectic when the restaurant is busy. However, it is important to still take care of regular customers, like myself, who visit at least once or twice a week. Although tonight's experience was not ideal, I have always had great encounters with the staff at this restaurant in the past. Since my initial review, every visit has been amazing. My kids love seeing the same employees and our whole family agrees that the food here is better tasting and more flavorful compared to other Freebirds in town. Thank you for always taking good care of our family!

The food from this restaurant is consistently good, but online orders can take a long time to arrive. Unfortunately, last night the foil used for packaging had a mildew smell, which was a first occurrence and not very appetizing.

The manager kris was extremely helpful and attentive to a payment issue i had! great service and great food
