We were disappointed to discover that Ten Ren Tea Time had closed but were eager to find a new bubble tea spot in College Park. This place definitely deserves 5 stars just for their presentation! The staff were incredibly friendly and suggested we try the Amber Pearl Milk Tea Golden Cheese Toast, which was absolutely delicious. We are thrilled to have found this new spot and will definitely be returning frequently. View all feedback.
I am not a fan of mixed drinks, so I was happy to see that they were available individually. The mango passion fruit juice exceeded my expectations, especially considering the price. My companion ordered the kiwi iced tea. He was not impressed and thought it didn't taste like real kiwi, but rather had an artificial kiwi flavor.

This restaurant is adorable, and their drinks are delicious! It's a fantastic spot for either grabbing a quick drink or sitting down to eat. The teas are bold and packed with caffeine, perfect for those late-night study sessions when you need a little extra focus. College Park never disappoints when it comes to great tea spots, especially with Ten Ren Tea Time currently closed during the pandemic. They also have outlets available for those looking to get some work done or meet up with friends.
Very authentic Hong Kong style milk tea. They come in cute glass bottles! Parking available behind the building. Their bread is also fresh and delicious
The only real Cantonese style milk tea and pineapple butter bun you could find in this area. Everything tastes exactly like in Hong Kong.
