Eating here is amazing! the quality is the best and everything is cooked from fresh seasonal ingredients in the kitchen. flesh is the speciality here and it melts in her mouth. we had the thriving steak, the chianina beef and a melt-in-your-mouth...beef bieca. all were cooked to absolute perfection. the pasta dishes are made to house and the cured local salumi, copa and cheese are also made on the ground. there is no menu. they are sitting in what looks like a living room, eating and the weeping. it's a bit hard to find, go to the website for directions. they will actually drive through a real work farm to get to the building where the restaurant is. it is part of the charming experience to eat here!
The whole meal was so beautiful and so unexpected. the place is not easy to find, so it is good to call directions before it goes. they do not always open the restaurant, it depends on demand. we had a great luck because they had only one table. the people were beautiful and the food was cooked at home there and then and delicious. it's simple and real. the wee we chose was very pleasant. it is all very strong meat based and the flourentine steak was huge and simply melted in the mouth. the staff was very nice and very friendly. when the bill came, we were amazed, it was so cheap to consider what we had. all in this place is excellent at so many counts and we would definitely recommend it.
We stayed in this place for Easter lunch, on advice of some friends. Lights and shadows, surely the particular day did not help. Initially, our reservation was not, then yes; after a short time sitting, I went down, as the chair broke: I took another one (I would like to see) almost making me a pleasure. The first were excellent, with homemade pasta and delicious seasoning, very abundant portions. The fried lamb, with a really high price, nothing that is little abundant. Great pork grill. Extensive wait.
Very nice restaurant,characteristic,with breathtaking views,with friendly staff,a fast service and amazing food....difficult to find defects because in addition to all this they welcomed us without any difficulty although we had followed 2 big dogs (a boxer and a collie) and were really welcoming and caring not only with us but also towards our hairy children. We took an appetizer of salami of the house, a dish of ham and buffalo and I have to say that the raw materials were excellent; we continued with homemade fettuccine with zucchini,speck,granella of pistachios and cheese... in Rome say and that I tell you to do it '...from fearaa; my husband took some roasts to say little delicious flavors with rosmaricca and local oil... A place where to return when we are around here because the love and attention with which it is managed mirrors everything in the memorable kitchen
