Although the restaurant has only one barman, it is compensated, as this is attentive, pleasant with such customers and quick and effective execution. In short, this place presents a traditional meal made by lola, which reminds us of that of our grandmothers, and awakes us emotions that are not found in modern and avant-garde restaurants that are in trend in these times.

El día de hoy hemos visitado en familia el restaurante La Taberna de Lola, ubicado en Collado Villalba. En este local gozamos del menú del día, en el que pedí unas judías pintas con arroz y una sopa castellana de primero. Estos dos guisos contaban con un magnífico sabor. De segundo pedimos una pechuga villaroy, que en el exterior se encontraba crujiente, y por dentro cremosa, como debe estar hecha. Por último: el servicio. Aunque el restaurante solo cuente con un camarero, se compensa, ya que este es atento, agradable con sus clientes y de ejecución rápida y efectiva. Resumiendo, este local presenta una comida tradicional elaborada por Lola, que nos recuerda a la de nuestras abuelas, y nos despierta emociones que no se encuentran en lo modernos y vanguardistas restaurantes que se encuentran en tendencia en estos tiempos.
Local pequeño y con decoración antigua, necesitado de una profunda reforma, en una zona con muchos sitios más modernos también con menú del día. Además, los viernes habitualmente y otros días por encargo ofrecen un estupendo cocido maragato, de los mejores que hemos probado y abundantes los tres vuelcos, con postre y bebida por 16 €/pax.
Honrado restaurante en las manos de Lola, muy bien dirigido por su marido Antonio . La comida es totalmente casera y muy rica
