My opinion is focused on home delivery service: thanks to the fact that they have their own app, you can place home delivery orders with restaurant prices and not with external platform prices with a 20-30% markup. Their app (within their website) allows you to choose dishes, enter your address and decide whether to pay in cash or by card when your order arrives (you do not pay online), as well as know the status of your order (order closed, in preparation, on the way to your home), in a very intuitive and friendly way. I highly recommend ordering that way.
