There are probably more raised places in colima, but certainly no sweet one. the restaurant itself is lovable, and the three young ladies who lead the place dre... read more There are probably more raised places in colima, but certainly no sweet one. the restaurant itself is lovable, and the three young ladies who lead the place dressed in ethnic garn, make it perfect. but this is all that swings on the cake. eating is wonderful. it's a taco place, but different and far superior to anyone they've ever visited. there are eight selections of fillings, each freshly made, absolutely unique and these change daily. they go to the counter and they describe what is available on this day, then they sit for a very short wait while they hand make fresh tortillas and fill them with their decisions. the options change daily, and I don't think we ever had one of them; real gourmet level options. if they are in colima, they must try this place; they are not allowed to eat anywhere else during their visit!
