This restaurant is fantastic with exceptional service and ambiance, but unfortunately they tend to close whenever they can. It's frustrating that they are not open more often, especially considering they might be the only dessert place in Colfax. Once again, Colfax disappoints. View all feedback. Scoops/Snack Attack is a fantastic addition to Colfax. The ice cream is delicious, the food is great, and my children adore their gift shop section. We've discovered some hilarious items there, like scorpion lollipops and marshmallow shooters (which are like Nerf guns, but the darts are mini marshmallows).
