Nestled in a charming locale, this restaurant has garnered a reputation for its delightful BBQ and exceptional service. Diners rave about the brisket, deemed the best many have ever tasted, alongside top-tier burgers and flavorful ribs. The atmosphere is inviting, enhanced by friendly staff who prioritize guest satisfaction. Patrons have enjoyed relaxing evenings on the patio with locally brewed beer, while the menu features a variety of tempting dishes, from chicken to savory platters. Although some find prices slightly high given its remote location, the overall experience, including delectable desserts like strawberry shortcake, makes it a worthy destination.

I absolutely loved this restaurant! It is definitely worth making the drive to the west. The brisket here is hands down the best I have ever had, and that's saying something coming from Texas. The staff here are some of the friendliest and most welcoming people you will ever meet. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Mountain View Barbeque:
On Saturday at noon, I made the mistake of ordering ribs at this restaurant. Despite the positive reviews, I was disappointed to find that the BBQ was not up to par. View all feedback.
I absolutely love visiting this restaurant. We only come by once a year, but it's always a special treat.
I visited this restaurant during a college field trip and had lunch there. The food was delicious, the staff was exceptional, and the owner Jeff was incredibly nice. You can taste his passion in the BBQ!
I had a relaxing Saturday evening on the patio watching the sunset. The food was fantastic - the chef really knows their way around a grill! The beer was locally brewed and excellent. The prices were very reasonable compared to other places I've been. Cheers!
I dined here twice while visiting this area in September. First off the service was excellent as staff greet you immediately and find out where you want to sit, and attend to you right away. The staff is friendly and professional. The menu is BBQ and said BBQ is working out front. We had the chicken dinner once and then the turkey dinner. Both were enjoyed. The spicy beans are good and I really recommend the strawberry shortcake dessert if they have it. Mammoth brewery beers on tap; very tasty. I will dine here again.
