The Bay - Coles Bay Australia

There are not many places in Australia that can give Saffire a run for its money... not even joking! The property itself is magnificent, but the view of the hazards is something else. The food exceeded my expectations (mixology was great fun too and the local wine and spirits available were next level quality) and the room was spectacular. We really took advantage of the views from our suite and appreciated the space from the minute we arrived until we departed. The team work hard, and are all so genuine. They read their audience well, thus adapting their service as necessary. We never had a bad encounter. The spa took me to heaven and back, which was a great way to kick-start our stay. A standout team member for me was Melissa. We had the pleasure of her hosting us on the oyster farm tour and the guided hike to Wine Glass Bay. She is so knowledgeable and so proud. It's amazing to see. She was genuine, warm and really made these experiences special. Overall, we had a spectacular stay and we will return. Well played Saffire, you have something special here. Great stay at Saffire, The team were on point and attentive, Service outstanding, rooms serviced twice daily, many highlights. One of them, Patrick took us on guided walk, exceptional story teller entertaining, also Matt assistant GM made sure our stay was 5 stairs and had a care package for us to enjoy on the drive to Hobart Airport

Saffire Freycinet was above and beyond our expectations. Being multiple GOLD medal winning accommodation ourselves and a former NSW Tourism judge I believe that I am able to give an unbiased and subjective review. The facilities, accommodation, service, wine, a-la-carte menus' and tour guides were absolutely exceptional. They could not have done more to ensure our stay would become a lasting memory. Simply amazing. From the staff to the food to the accommodation. We rebooked for our next trip in a few months as we were checking out, that's how good it was.

Easily one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever done. The staff are all incredibly friendly, personable and pay so much attention to detail. They were very accommodating to our dietary requirements. The actual hotel itself is stunning with fantastic views and easy access to Wineglass Bay and the rest of Freycinet National Park. We are already wanting to come back!
