Contribute FeedbackThe McDonald's in question presents a mixed bag of experiences. While some patrons find the food satisfactory, with warm offerings and a decent selection—especially the new McPlant option—others are frustrated by cleanliness issues, incorrect orders, and lackluster service. Complaints about greasy floors and inattentive staff highlight a need for improvement, particularly regarding management's handling of customer concerns. However, there are positive notes too, with some visitors praising the improved service post-lockdown and commendable cleanliness. Overall, this McDonald's appears to be striving for excellence, yet its inconsistency leaves much to be desired.
The command was never wrong, aaron mcneil has always a warm welcome!
I had not eaten in mcdonald for ever, but now they have the mcplant I have been in 3 times a month! tastes like a normal mcdonald. beautiful and clean and super fast at ordering. I am very impressed that the franchise owner bruce still remains behind the tresor and can pick up mulled outside. Some of the employees have been there since I was 20 years ago, so he must be a decent boss. well done.
Had 5 stars, only for the queen for the ride, although about 20 customers. had to park and went into an ordered service was good that we went back.
We were served very fast, everything was hot, there were no mistakes in the order and our table was just cleaned when we arrived
Service much better than before lockdown. Wonder the if there was a change of management, a change of attitude anyway. Tried their plant based burger, which I'd eat again.
