They forgot half of my order and when I brought it to their attention, they refused to give me the missing items, claiming that I had already received them. The way the managers treat their customers is ridiculous.

I have visited this restaurant four times in the last four months and every time my order has been incorrect. During my most recent visit, I was overcharged and... read more I have visited this restaurant four times in the last four months and every time my order has been incorrect. During my most recent visit, I was overcharged and was not given a receipt for my card payment. It turned out that I had been charged for someone else's order. After bringing this to the attention of the staff, they refunded me in cash but it was not the full amount. They were unable to refund the remaining amount back to my card without having to involve the manager. In the end, they reimbursed me with an additional 42p. Despite the errors in my order and payment, the staff did offer me an ice cream as a gesture of goodwill.

The staff did not acknowledge me or wave back, making my wife feel disheartened. She was looking forward to enjoying her large chicken select meal, but it was a disappointment.

We decided to eat here one day. Ordered through the self service kiosks (always one or two not working). We paid and took a table number and sat down. The food... read more We decided to eat here one day. Ordered through the self service kiosks (always one or two not working). We paid and took a table number and sat down. The food arrived promptly, however when it was delivered by the owner we were treated to a lecture of table stand positioning. It was the wrong way round apparently so he couldn’t see it. He then proceeded to tell us that “ every day was a school day”. On top of that the order was short several items. The next time was just today, the food was delivered by the same chap again, who proceeded to drop our drinks, he didn’t apologise in any fashion or get fresh drinks. Overall don’t go.
