What User doesn't like about Kfc:
Ordered online through UberEats. After the order being delayed multiple times it was finally cancelled. We decided to go to the drive thru; waited 15 minutes to be told that there was 'no chicken left '. This has happened multiple times, I don 't understand why they can 't take their restaurant off of UberEats when it 's busy and close the shop when there 's no chicken left instead of having people waste their time.... Very poor service . Talk about lazy... Got a family bucket, with beans, corn, large bottle of drink. No napkins, no salt, no spoons so that was a messy finger job, no cups so we just had to take a swig and pass the bottle. The sauce dips fell of the tray unto the floor and was just put back on with my food. If is wasn't for view of a tyre depot straight out the window it would have been a really poor experience overall.
My brother took my granddaughter and me to KFC in Coleraine on Thursday, October 13, 2022. He purchased two Zinger meals for £18. However, the food was inedible - the burger, chicken, gravy, and chips were all cold and appeared to be reheated. Even my dog wouldn't eat it. Needless to say, we won't be returning. The meals were overpriced and inedible. KFC should be ashamed of themselves.
I have noticed a significant improvement in this KFC in recent years compared to when I first visited. The food used to be hit or miss, but now it is consistently excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant now and I find myself coming here at least once a week.
I rated this restaurant low because the gravy was very watery, almost like dipping your fries in water. It was disgusting, and I believe it depends on who was making the gravy that day. I'm not complaining too much, but come on.
No chicken on the bone on a Friday at 5pm unless you wanted to wait 20 mins . Would this time on a Friday not be there busy time and if so why no chicken ready
