To start with Both self order boards wete out of order. and had to wait near 20 minutes to order. When the food finally arrived the fillet burgers and zingers were so thin you could nearly see light through them. Crunchy with zero content. The hot wings were practically hollow crusts of skin. It's a dire state of affairs when the best part of kentucky fried chicken is the coated chips. This kfc was never fantastic but was passable. Now it's an absolute disgrace. Nothing works and the food is total crap. There used to be an Awesome KFC in Portrush in the 90s!! Bring it back and close this dump Down as a bad job. Sort it out!!
