It's easy to notice that some people coming in may have a negative attitude, as if they are just there to criticize. You can make any requests you'd like, but please remember that the staff is there to work. If you have feedback, that's fine, but try to keep it respectful. After all, we all have to do our jobs, and constructive comments are always more welcome than negativity.
The staff here are good-hearted and really try their best. If they mess up an order, they’re quick to make it right. I just don’t get why some people react so angrily when their coffee isn’t made correctly. Everyone makes mistakes.
