The family and I stopped by the Dairy Barn on our way back from the Lake of the Ozarks. This drive in is known for their plate sized pork tenderloin sandwich, and it did not disappoint. Their menu is reasonably priced, with burgers, fries, shakes, and appetizers. We also ordered honey sriracha chicken tenders, and southwestern egg rolls which were AHHHMAZING. Everything is fresh and made to order overall, a great gem... View all feedback.
What Angela N doesn't like about Dairy:
Your hours on the website need to be updated. We ate before we came through Cole Camp because the website stated you closed in 23 minutes which would have been 7:00. We just drove by and you're open! It's 7:43! View all feedback.
This joint, is seriously on the middle of nowhere. The only fast food game in town, we decided to stop for a quick break. We didn't expect much, but oh, my, God, what a surprise!! My monstrous pork tenderloin was delicious, juicy and seasoned perfectly. My husband's burger looked and tasted handmade (A+ and the fries were fat, hot and crispy....just like this girl. Great mom and pop joint, customer service was okay, not overly friendly, but def competent.

We have been here several times on our way to and from the lake, and it is the perfect place to stop and grab lunch or dinner! We always get the cheeseburgers because they are so good, and have that truly char-broiled flavor! We love the outdoor seating in the warmer months, but I think they do have indoor seating as well. We haven't had the ice cream (gasp! , but my daughter says its excellent as well :
Old fashioned hamburger goodness. It's obvious they use locally raised beef and it's awesome! They had a really nice waiting area outside, but covered. It's a little out of the way for us, but absolutely worth the trip.
