After a long day traveling down I-69, we decided to stop for dinner at Bob Evans in Coldwater. The food was standard for a Bob Evans, and the prices were what you'd expect for this type of restaurant. What really made our experience special was our waitress, Aryn. She was cheerful and funny, bringing a smile to our table throughout the meal. In a world that can often seem negative, it’s refreshing to encounter someone like Aryn, who goes out of her way to ensure that dining out feels enjoyable for everyone. Thank you again, Aryn!

The only downside to Bob Evans is that there aren't more locations along I-75 and I-65 heading to Florida! They serve the best biscuits and gravy anywhere, and the best one I had was in Tennessee!
