The Crawfish here is amazing! Not sure what they do different but ever bite is consistent in the flavor from the first bite to the last! Just had their gumbo today and omgosh perfect in taste and plenty of shrimp in every bite. This hidden gem serves up my favorite perfectly seasoned, deveined, pre-cracked shrimp…. Easy to peal, large in size and best dunked in butter or pink sauce. This is a true gift to Coldspring!
