During our most recent visit, we experienced a mix of the usual inattentiveness and a surprisingly exceptional performance from one of the staff members. I was genuinely impressed by her professionalism—she was friendly, helpful, and clearly knew what she was doing. It's a rarity! Despite the inconsistent service, we'll continue to visit from time to time simply because it's a Tim Horton's in our neighborhood.
I usually use the drive-thru and it's always a good experience—no complaints at all. I prefer Tim Hortons for my coffee. Occasionally, I go inside and it’s just as great; I had a pleasant two-hour coffee meetup there recently. Overall, I have no issues!
This was one of the slowest Tim's I've been to. I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes. However, at least our vanilla iced coffees were made perfectly.
I had just finished school and needed something to eat before heading to work, so I stopped by for my usual sandwich. However, it took me 45 minutes to get to the window due to a significant staff shortage. Additionally, I’ve noticed that every time I order from here, my sandwich only comes with the core of the lettuce.
This restaurant is a total disaster. I waited 25 minutes for my mobile order, and when I finally received it, the food was cold. The service is incredibly disappointing.
