I was... read more During our most recent visit, we experienced a mix of the usual inattentiveness and a surprisingly exceptional performance from one of the staff members. I was genuinely impressed by her professionalism—she was friendly, helpful, and clearly knew what she was doing. It's a rarity! Despite the inconsistent service, we'll continue to visit from time to time simply because it's a Tim Horton's in our neighborhood.

Occasionally, I go inside and it’s just as great; I had a pleasant two-hour coffee meetup there recently. Overall, I have no issues!

They never seem to have any donuts in the display case and their part of the seating area is not always the cleanest. I also find the emphasis is always on the drive through not on the customer right in front of them.
