The foundry has the best breakfast in the Hudson Valley. Enjoy a stop in Cold Spring to visit the shops and enjoy a delicious breakfast or even lunch in the foundry. Tip: It's not crazy during the week!

The food and ambiance are excellent. The staff is wonderful and always friendly. This is one of the most beautiful dining spots in Cold Spring. Highly recommended!
