What Isabel Lira doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
The Food was ok but we have had to get them to correct orders almost every time we will not go there anymore we go elsewhere and the staff and management is beyond rude They will argue with customers I have witnessed it myself and I was disgusted View all feedback.
The food was delicious - I loved the Chilly soup! The service was quick and extremely friendly, and both the restaurant and restrooms were clean.

I have finally had it with this Tim Hortons! For the last few months, the service has been continually getting worse.
I was a paying customer ordering my drinks and food I asked to also have an ice water but all I got was yelled at WE DON"T GIVE ICE WATER ANY LONGER. I would of bought it! But after thinking about it water should be...More
If you have a choice of which Tim's to go too, choose this one. March 11 went for lunch, great food, great svc and the asst supervisor (?) was given samples of their new wedges to taste. Ever changing menu the front person, was patient and polite when I kept adding on to my order, then told me were to pick it up. Clean washrooms, ample parking, good in and out routes. Note: two lane drive thru, pull up ahead and check order always before leaving. If you get a black coffee ask them not to fill to top as they always leak! Very hot....
