The Tim's by Walmart presents good food in a timely fashion. I appreciate the effort the staff put into their work. However, the truth be told, I was presented with a coffee with a napkin in the cup. My wife brought it to their attention. They took my info and apologized, but no further action was offered. Disappointed. Given a choice, i will visit the other Tim's. Sorry, but it's the truth. They wont give you ice water with your order yes I was ordering! and a paying customer. With that said water should be free some people can't pay and water should be a basic human right in Canada View all feedback.
Great breakfast, great lunch, great donuts and drinks, service is sometimes slow but they make up for it in the food, best Timmys in Alberta
You can only use the drive thru because of Corona. The girl STILL got my order wrong. Had to wait at the window while they corrected it. REALLY!!!!!!!
We weren't very happy , hot chocolate machine was down, no raisins scones, we ended up ordering other beverages...
Monday of the Long weekend. Cars are lined up, people are in the restaurant TRYING to catch someone's attention. Waited over minutes. One of the workers kept asking for Danielle to come and help. She never came and I didn't bother to stay and...wait one minute longer. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever!!!!
I was the only one in the line up but everyone looked busy. It took awhile and finally some young person said Over Here I had to ask twice for my order. I wasn't impressed.
