What User doesn't like about The Hard Deck Smokehouse Rec Room:
I honestly don't know how to rate this restaurant as I showed up I guess at a bad time, 7pm on a Saturday long weekend. However, I stood at the doorway for 5 minutes and did not get any acknowledgement of me there. There was a moment where a manager (maybe? shuffling paper was talking to the bartender, and the manager and I had a moment of eye contact, but still did not acknowledge me at the doorway. Heard good things about the new place esp. as we had enjoyed Memphis Blues in Edmonton. So we called to make an order tonight no answer twice. So my wife went to attempt to order in person ... and they're closed for renovations!Understandable, but no notice on FB or website (that we could find), and their on line menu is still Memphis Blues'.
Amazing place nothing like this in cold lake. Family oriented and the food is amazing. Whoever is running this place knows their business. Games are out of this world, can spend countless hours here.Food: 5/5

Was not very happy that after spending 75.00 my wife ended up getting food poisoning, She was really sick, up all night. Not the way our evening was planned. Will not be returning. Beware.Food: 1/5
