We were on the hunt for a great pizza in Cold Lake, and we definitely found it! This is the best pizza in town! We ordered online and received our pizzas in just 15-20 minutes. (We did place our order at 3:30, but still...) The pizza was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. We tried the works and Hawaiian on original crust. Order the Shagaroni (not sure the spelling) It?s xlarge, extra pepperoni, extra cheese and extra large pieces, well super excited to taste this monster, boy who was a bummer, certainly not extra pepperoni and no cheese in places of a slice, sauce was good, don?t see that on the next order View all feedback.
This is the best pizza in town! I've had over 50 of their pizzas throughout the years, and I haven't had a single complaint about the food quality. It's consistently delicious!
It was my first time trying papa johns in cold lake after staying here for almost 2 years and was blown out by their quality and healthy amount of toppings. Pizza was prepared according to the customization and was ready on time. Would surely return . Staff was nice and friendly
Went in for carry out tonight and was so disappointed. Worker just stared at me while I placed my order. Kinda awkward. But whatever. Order pizza, honey garlic wings, and garlic knots. Get home to eat at 1039. Realize we got some odd mixture of hot sauce and barbecue sauce for our wings. The chicken was dried out to the point it looked like it had been sitting on the counter for hours. Whatever. Call to let them know about the error. Called twice, both times only ringing 3 times before getting the voice mail. So so disappointed in our experience tonight. Do better.
Update: Upgraded to four stars as management seems to have addressed the soggy middle issue in a prompt manner. Original review: Great pizza but always soggy in the middle. A suggestion to management; if you?re not already doing so, put the pizza on a cooling rack to steam off before putting it in the box. If this is already being done, put a liner in the box to absorb the moisture. The pizzas are delicious with generous toppings but the middle portion being consistently soggy may be a deal-breaker. On a positive note, the wings are good and are a decent size. Also, the staff are always friendly.
Great service! This is a take out/delivery only, which is fine. The pizza is delicious.
