What Tristan T doesn't like about China One:
First time ordering and also the last. Very rude on the phone, zero customer service skills and tried to overcharge. Cheap ingredients and salty had to drink lots of water after. Nothing special, below average fake Chinese food so don’t expect too much. I would not recommend View all feedback.

The staff member was incredibly helpful and accommodating of my gluten and yeast allergies. I haven't been able to enjoy Chinese takeaway for a long time due to my dietary restrictions, but the gentleman assured me that he could make a meal tailored to my needs. I selected my meal, which not only looked delicious but tasted amazing as well. I am pleased to say that I had no adverse reactions and will definitely be ordering from here again in the future!
The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. Despite reading negative reviews beforehand, I was pleasantly surprised. I wonder if the restaurant has new ownership? I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
We were disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. The rice was overcooked and had pineapple in it. The vegetable pancake roll was large but the casing was not fully cooked and it was filled with too many leftover vegetables. The yellowbean sauce had a strange taste and the chicken pieces were of poor quality. Although this used to be our favorite Chinese restaurant, we will not be returning. Fortunately, we were given complimentary prawn crackers to snack on, which helped fill us up. Overall, we felt like we wasted over £20, with the exception of the crackers.

Having recently moved to the area, it was hard having to finally say goodbye to the chinese restaurant we had used and loved for many years. However, we took the plunge and ordered from our new local restaurant, China One. We are so pleased we did. The food is lovely and the staff are so friendly. The chicken balls are to die for, the BBQ ribs are superb, and the mushroom chow mein is delicious. Great chips too! Definitely give it a go if you are looking for some lovely food.
